Rojas Arquitectos is a consulting firm specializing in the design and construction of
Contemporary architecture. Since 1970, three generations of architects have carried out
significant contributions to the urban and architectural development of the region.
Our track record encompasses 227 design and construction projects, covering more than 4 million square meters
square meters in urban design, 10,654 housing units designed, 945,000 meters
square meters in architectural design, 107,358 square meters built, 20,438 meters
square meters of interior design and 383,577 square meters of landscaping.
We have participated as consultants and in our own initiatives, accumulating a total of 132
We have completed 35 individual and 171,000 square meters of designed and 92,000 square meters of constructed space. Currently, we are developing projects in the Bucaramanga metropolitan area, Mesa de los Santos, the northern development zone of Cartagena, as well as in Bogotá, Pereira, Villavicencio, and several international projects in the Caribbean, particularly in the Turks & Caicos and Republic of Korea regions.
